Tuff-N-Dri is a fluid applied, single-component, polymer-modified asphalt emulsion, which is sprayed on below grade concrete, bare block or parged block foundations. Being resistant to degradation in soil, mold growth and bacterial attack, the product is superior for below grade applications. Tuff-N-Dri sprays on wet at a 60mil thickness and cures to a 40mil thickness, forming a complete barrier to protect from moisture and weather. The membrane thickness provides reliable Hydrostatic Head Resistance of 8 feet even when shrinkage cracks of a 1/16" are evident in the foundation wall, it remains leak-free.
